Using and Managing the Notice Board Feature

STEP 1: Click on "Notice Board" to Access Important Updates

  • Locate the "Notice Board" section on the left sidebar.
  • Click on the "Notice Board" link to view announcements and updates relevant to your organization.
  • Review the information provided in each card for any relevant updates or notices.

STEP 2: Select Start Date To End Date for Notice Board

  • Click on the highlighted "Start Date To End Date" input field to initiate the date selection process.
  • A calendar pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose the desired start and end dates for your notice.
  • After selecting the dates, ensure they align with the notice duration you intend to set.
  • Review the selected dates to confirm accuracy before proceeding with any further actions.
  • Utilize the search bar nearby to filter notices based on specific criteria if needed.

STEP 3: Select "Last 30 Days" to Filter Notifications

  • Click on the "Last 30 Days" option to filter notifications displayed on the Notice Board.
  • This selection will show you all relevant notices from the past month, helping you stay updated on recent activities.
  • Nearby options include "This Month," "Last Month," "Last 90 Days," and various custom ranges, allowing for tailored date filtering.
  • Review the filtered notifications to ensure you have the latest information pertinent to your needs.

STEP 4: Select Duration for Notice Board

  • Click on the "Duration" section to set the time frame for notices displayed on the Notice Board.
  • A date range picker will appear, allowing you to select the start and end dates for the notices.
  • Ensure the selected dates accurately reflect the period you want to display notices for.
  • After selecting the dates, review the entries shown below to verify they align with your chosen duration.
  • If you need to adjust the duration, simply click again on "Duration" and modify your selection as needed.
