Guide to Using the Round-Robin Method for Task Distribution in Ticket Settings
STEP 1: Click on "Ticket Settings" to Access Configuration Options
- Navigate to the Ticket Settings section from the sidebar menu.
- Review the Information section about the Round-Robin Method, which explains task distribution among team members.
- Familiarize yourself with the following key points:
- Equal Distribution: Tasks are evenly distributed among team members.
- Sequential Assignment: Each task is assigned to the next team member in order.
- Fair Rotation: Ensures balanced workloads and prevents overload.
- Prepare to proceed by clicking on the Round Robin tab for further settings.
STEP 2: Click on "Round Robin" Tab
- Navigate to the Round Robin tab within the Ticket Agents section.
- Ensure you are in the Ticket Settings area.
- Review the list of ticket agents displayed, including their group and status.
- Prepare to toggle the Round Robin feature by clicking the corresponding button in the next step.
STEP 3: Click on "Round Robin" Toggle Button
- Locate the "Round Robin" toggle button in the highlighted area.
- Click the toggle button to enable or disable the Round Robin method for task distribution.
- Review the information provided about the Round Robin method, including equal distribution, sequential assignment, and fair rotation.
- Ensure that the settings align with your team's workflow requirements.
